Ed Haws had a very successful day at the Piestany Regatta yesterday winning Gold K4 100 (with Sam Kirschestein-Smith, Magnus Gregory and Luke Harding) and Silver in the K2 (with Sam Kirchestein)
Today Joe Hayman-Joyce finished 6th in the C1 500 Final and Phoebe Ayres won Gold in the U23 Women's Kayak.
Tomorrow Jack (K2), Joe and Phoebe all race 200m. Link to start-list, results and live feed here
